HushVideo01 / Scope
This policy applies to the HushVideo app and website provided by IntentDigital Technology (Hong Kong) Limited and describes their current data practices. Apple, iCloud and sharing destinations apply their own privacy policies.
02 / Videos and audio in the app
The app processes only videos you choose to import. Video copies, audio, waveforms and results remain on your device. The app does not upload them to us or external AI services or use them to train our models. Models are bundled, with no runtime model download from our servers. There are no accounts, advertising SDKs or analytics tracking SDKs, and no usage events or video content are sent to us. Your operating system and cloud or sharing services may have their own data practices.
03 / Device permissions
Photos and Files use system pickers to access the videos you select, not arbitrary files. Saving to Photos requires permission to add items. Current import and processing features need no microphone or camera permission. Manage permissions in device Settings; refusing a permission may affect the corresponding import or save feature.
04 / Temporary files, settings and deletion
Session copies, audio and results are stored in the app sandbox cache. The app attempts session cleanup when you close a video or next launch it; the system may also clear caches. Compiled model caches are kept separately. Language and appearance settings stay locally. Uninstalling usually removes sandbox data; Apple-managed backups and cloud copies follow your system settings and Apple's policies. Exported files in Photos, Files or sharing destinations must be managed there and are not deleted by session cleanup. The app does not modify or delete original videos.
05 / iCloud, exports and sharing
The system may download videos from iCloud or another file provider before import. If you choose to share an export, your selected recipient or service receives it under its own policies. These user-initiated actions are not uploads to HushVideo.
06 / Website and connection data
The website does not upload videos. Cloudflare Pages processes connection information such as IP addresses and request URLs to deliver and secure the site. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and App Store link clicks, including page language, device/browser information and traffic sources. Google may receive network information and store analytics cookies, potentially processing data in other countries. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization are disabled. Until you allow analytics, we do not load the Google tag or send analytics events. We store your choice locally in your browser; you can reject or withdraw consent using Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops future measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies, but does not erase data already collected. Analytics applies only to the website; videos and audio in the app remain processed locally.
07 / Contact and your choices
Information and messages you voluntarily send through support channels may be used to answer and handle your request and retained only as needed for that purpose and necessary obligations. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data. Manage permissions and local or exported files yourself. For information you provide to us, you may request access, correction or deletion through support, subject to applicable law and the data we actually hold. We cannot access or delete videos stored only on your device.
08 / Security and updates
Use a device lock and protect exported files. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. If practices change, we will update this policy and its date, communicate material changes and provide any notice or consent required by applicable law.
